Colorado Department of Labor and Employment

The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment contracted with MTC to complete Programmatic Accessibility Audits for 15 local workforce centers.

Evaluation of the Local Workforce Areas was to assist in the compliance of title II of the ADA and the intersectionality with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.

MTC staff spent time speaking with over 60 Workforce Center employees, including the ADA Coordinators, to provide a comprehensive report of the each of the Center’s compliance, as well as suggestions for remediation and future training.
